• Will LaunchLock change my store? No — it is read-only (zero storefront footprint).
• How is the score calculated? Deterministically: 100 − (criticals×14 + warnings×5 + info×1).
• Do you store customer data? No customer data is stored.
• What does it cost? Launch Preview is free. LaunchLock Pro is $19/month or $190/year, each with a 7-day trial. Billing is handled by Shopify's Billing API — choosing a paid plan starts Shopify's charge confirmation, and Shopify processes every charge. No off-platform billing.
• How do I uninstall? Shopify admin → Apps → remove. Your data is not retained.
