Privacy Policy

LaunchLock is a read-only, pre-launch & campaign-readiness QA tool for Shopify stores. This policy reflects how the app actually behaves.

Data we access

• Scope: read_products only (read-only). LaunchLock reads your product catalog through the Shopify Admin API to assess launch readiness. It never requests customer, order, payment, checkout, fulfillment, inventory-write, theme-write, or any write scope.
• It reads only the product data needed to assess readiness; it never writes to your store.

Data we store

• No customer personal data is stored. Reports describe store readiness, not customers or orders.
• No secrets, tokens, or payment data are exposed in the app.

Compliance webhooks

We honor Shopify’s privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Because we store no customer data, there is nothing to export or delete — we acknowledge and discard.
